Mentoring Discussions by Teleconference

A parent should acknowledge the start of the call.

Parents don't usually participate in Scoutmaster conferences or mentoring sessions.

The adult initiating the call is responsible for arranging to have a second adult on the call.

All who are within listening range must announce their presence.

The Scout is asked to notify his parent again when the call is ending.
