Outings in Troop 202

Troop 202 has a very active outings program.  The outings are chosen by the Scouts at the annual planning meeting, and are planned by a team of adults and youth.  As each outing date nears, you will go to the troop website to sign up to go:  OUTINGS SIGN-UP Signing a Scout up for an outing is a parent task.  This is because the sign-up form includes a liability release statement, serves as your commitment to pay for the cost of the outing, and allows the parent to share important health or logisticts information with the outing planner. If a participant cancels after the sign-up deadline or fails to show up for an outing, he still pays the full cost of the outing.  In the event of a personal or family emergency, the Scoutmaster may make an exception to this policy.
