- interface with Arrow of Light dens to answer questions and recruit
new Scouts
- assist SPL and Den Chiefs in hosting visits to Troop 202
- encourage year-round membership flow into the troop through
recruiting of friends
- serve as focal point for emails from packs and potential Scout
families
- track participation by new Scouts in the first six months
