Mentor to
Order of the Arrow Representative & Nimenees Team
Incumbent: Mr. Creighton

- mentor the Order of the Arrow Troop Representative, helping him
to build an effective bridge between the unit and the lodge/chapter
-
meet with the OA Representative to set appropriate goals for his
term, consistent with his job description and the troop goals
- promote incorporation of OA ideals into the troop's program and
advancement process
- promote fellowship of youth and adults who have achieved Order
of the Arrow membership
- encourage OA member participation in lodge service
- attend chapter meetings when possible, and encourage youth attendance
- serve as advisor and trainer for the Troop 202 Nimenees
