training in BSA --- The Outdoor Code, Leave No Trace, and Tread

- encourage the Outdoor Ethics Guide to increase his knowledge of
outdoor ethics by completing training

meet with the Outdoor Ethics Guide to set appropriate goals for his
term, consistent with his job description and the troop goals
- challenge the Outdoor Ethics Guide to identify areas where
Scouts can apply improved practices and teach proper skills
- help the Outdoor Ethics Guide document Troop 202's commitment to
outdoor ethics through regular practices in the outdoors and through
conservation-related projects
- encourage Scouts in the troop as they complete
conservation-related service for rank and merit badge requirements
- promote Leave No Trace awareness and action awards within the
troop
- promote the William T. Hornaday awards within the troop
