consistent with his job description and the troop goals
- advise Troop Guides in effectively teaching new Scouts using the
EDGE method
- reinforce modeling and use of the Patrol Method
- coach Troop Guides to engage regularly with the young patrol and
to work hand in hand with the young Patrol Leader
