- mentor adults in the monthly outing planning process
- conduct regular meetings of the Outings Committee (the adults
responsible for upcoming outings in the current planning year)
- maintain a file of useful information for future outings
planning
- work with the adult and youth leaders of each event to critique
the event for future improvement
- maintain a list of qualified drivers and qualified campers in
Troop 202
- oversee on-time submission of tour plans and other paperwork
required by outside groups
- audit outings sign-ups to ensure liability releases, PINs, and
other information is complete
