Summer Camp Coordinator  

Incumbents:  Camp Committee

Role:
  • encourage attendance at summer camp by all Scouts
  • work with Scouts and parents to plan a successful summer camp experience for each Scout
  • recruit adults to camp 'on staff' with Troop 202 at summer camp
  • interface with the council and the camp to plan for Troop 202 needs
  • provide guidance for choosing camp curriculum (merit badges and open activities) and developing troop curriculum (Eagle Quest)
