Eagle Scout Scholarships Our local council offers two scholarships - Eagle Project of the Year, and Eagle Scout of the Year.  Please check with the Scoutmaster, Troop Committee Chair, or Life to Eagle Mentor to obtain the latest application form.  Applications are typically due to the Crossroads of America council in January for Scouts who earned Eagle rank during the previous year.      A number of other organizations, church, civic groups, and schools also offer scholarships for Eagle Scouts. Because the available awards and application processes change often, Scouts are encouraged to conduct an internet search for scholarships.
