Prepare Eagle Project Proposal

You will likely have several conversations with your beneficiary and with leaders in the troop before your project proposal is ready for approval signatures.

Your beneficiary will be looking at whether the finished project will meet their needs, and agreeing to the criteria for determining later that the project is complete.

Troop leaders will help you understand if your proposed project is a suitable Eagle project that meets the requirement criteria and has a good chance of being successful.  The troop Life to Eagle Mentor doesn't approve your project, but can be a resource to you as you are fine tuning the scope and description.

Document your proposal in the first section of the Eagle Scout Service Project Workbook.

For the contacts page of your proposal, you will need information found HERE.
