Summit Bechtel Reserve "The Summit Experience"

What's There:	The Summit is the 4th and newest of the BSA national high adventure bases, and the closest to us -- only a 6 hour drive from home!  The Summit Experience is the only itinerary that lets Scouts try BMX, skateboarding, mountain biking, zip lines, canopy tours, hunter's education, climbing, shooting sports, camping, and hiking all in one program. A rafting trip on the New River is also part of the itinerary. We'll be among some of the early visitors of the newest U.S. national park, New River Gorge. This trek qualifies for the BSA "Grand Slam of High Adventure" (completing a trek at each of the four BSA high adventure bases.)
Age Requirement:	At least 13 years old at the start of the trek
Rank Requirement:	First Class rank
